This is a repost of this photograph I took by the channel. The stillness of the water speaks to me of calm, and the single boat talks of focus. To me this is serenity.
Lovely, serene image, especially with that pink tint (did you add it or was it the morning/evening light?). Another question: how do you create the “torn edges’ effect? I like it a lot.
Hi, thanks for your comment. I’m glad you liked the photo – serenity. I use a photo editing app called Fotor a free app. I find programmes like photoshop too complicated. The photo did have a pink hue, was an evening capture in the summer months. I did enhance the tint a little but not too much as to keep the original colour of the boat. The frame around the edges is the same app, allows for adding a board. It is really easy to use 🙂
